After the walk we will celebrate our heritage by visiting Brick Lane bagel bakery!
Parents are welcome to join. The walk will cost £6 per person. This event is open to all Kehillah children and young people up to the age of 16. Meet at 11am at Rob and Omar’s if traveling from Hackney or meet in the East End at 12noon. - Erev Tu B’shevat seder in member’s home – Sunday 9th February 5-7pm
Join us for a Tu b’shevat seder to celebrate the new year for the trees. We will also be discussing the relevance of this lovely festival for our Kehillah and the wider world. Please do bring some fruit to share and/or wine/grape juice. There will be activities that children can join in with, so ages are welcome.
Our celebration will be taking place at a member’s home in Barnsbury area of Islington. Information on accessibility: there is one step up to the member’s home. To slightly correct previous accessability information distributed, we are able organise the Seder on one level so that no further stairs need to be climbed by those attending.
Please contact Ashleigh the Administrator to be sent the address and if there are accessability difficulties, it would be useful to know in advance as we can organise our celebrations to take place on the ground floor.
