  • Come Learn With Rabbi Danny Rich: Resilience and Recovery – Explore Jewish texts for comfort and inspiration – this Thursday 21st May, 7-8:30pm

Final session in this series. Having visited the rabbinic and mediaeval periods, this week we look at ‘The Ten Commandments for Building Resilience’ by Rabbi Lea Muhlstein (Rosh HaShanah 2018). You can email Rabbi Danny to let him know you are coming and he will send you all the texts in advance.   • Havdalah hour this Saturday 23rd May 9pm-10pm

Come and spend a little while with other members as shabbat ends and the new week begins. We will make havdalah at 9:30pm. In this zoom room or at Meeting ID 899-668-970.

  • Candle lighting and Yoga – weekend of 29th/30th May

We will have another short candle-lighting to bring in shabbat on Friday 29th May 7pm-8pm, with candles at 7:30pm. With both Rabbi Danny Rich and our new leader Rabbi Leah Jordan. Meeting ID 899-668-970

  • Tikkun Leil Shavuot – welcome to Rabbi Leah Jordan – Thursday 28th May 7:30pm onwards

Join us for a Shavuot study session on the theme of Journeys.  Rabbi Leah will lead text study, we will have creative activities and meditation led by our environmental group, and some Shavuot-themed music with our member Rebekka — and then from about 9pm the room will be left open for a chance for us to catch up and eat some cheesecake together.   • Rabbi Leah at Biennial at Home – 22nd-24th May

Liberal Judaism’s Biennial at Home next weekend includes an event called Collaborative Communities, which will be a panel discussion chaired by our new leader, Rabbi Leah Jordan.
