Further to our announcement last week that our member Omar was putting together an action group for Black Jews and Jews of Colour within the Liberal Jewish Community, Omar has now been talking about the action group in the Jewish Chronicle!

Board of Deputies’ Commission on Racial Inclusivity survey

The Board of Deputies’ Commission on Racial Inclusivity in the Jewish Community has launched an online survey for Black British Jews, non-Black British Jews of Colour, British Mizrachi Jews, British Jews with Black spouses or partners, non-Jewish Black people who work or volunteer in Jewish communal spaces, and Black Jews and non-Black Jewish of Colour resident in other countries to complete. The Commission is also meeting with Black Jews, non-Black Jews of Colour and Mizrachi Jews as well as actively encouraging testimony from children.
