This musical-educational-liturgical series will cover the melodies we know and love to sing on Shabbat, as well as some lesser-known or new-to-us favourites. We will explore the link between melodies and the meaning of their texts, and what the Torah of music can teach us about our Shabbat prayers.

Hanukkah Party

Join us at William Patten School on December 29th from 4-6pm as we celebrate Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights with crafts, candles, music and of course dreidel-spinning! Don’t forget to bring along a vegetarian offering for potluck as well as your chanukkiot, matches and/or lighters for our community-wide candle-lighting!
